Quality Construction
We built with Hardened Epoxy Resin Kevlar reinforced Coatings and Fire Resistant fiberglass interiors. These methods are used with the US Navy and on Modern Ice Breakers.
Spiller Marine Services has been working with the National Research Council of Canada “NRCC” on a new composite built design of working vessel [Tugboats, Fishing Vessels, and Barges etc.] Financing is available for these types of new designs for qualified Customers. The new designs can be built with Hardened Epoxy Resin Kevlar reinforced Coatings, and Fire Resistant fiberglass interiors. These type of building methods are the wave of the future as the US Navy is already starting projects using these methods. Modern Ice Breakers Coat their steel hulls with Hardened Epoxy as this material is denser and harder than steel therefore is far more scrape resistant and has more impact strength etc.
Our design work follows Transport Canada and ABS [American Bureau of Shipping] design criteria and all the present requirements of the present day rules and regulations.
